MISSION STATEMENT:
Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah utilizes the merits of Torah study and prayer for the aliyas neshamah of those who have passed on, while supporting worthy talmidei chachamim who facilitate those merits.
We also provide support and encouragement to those navigating the challenges of loss and grief through a variety of publications and other resources.
Who We Are
We are a non-profit organization.
Our team of Torah scholars have studied at premier Torah institutions. They are capable, sincere and singularly dedicated to their Torah learning.
Our staff is sensitive and experienced with topics related to loss, grief, and the world of aliyas neshamah opportunities.
What We Do
We study Mishnah on behalf of those who want to elevate the neshamos of the deceased through the merit of Torah study.
We study Gemara, from a portion of a masechta to the entire Shas.
We provide Kaddish, Yizkor, and Tehillim recital services.
We develop and produce materials to be used during and following times of loss.
Why We Do It
To assist mourners who seek to complete a specific course of study and require help in achieving their goal.
To elevate the souls of the departed.
To support the bereaved and to help others support those who are grieving.

Sponsors and their loved ones gain the eternal merits of Torah study.
Sponsors can easily make a siyum on time for a shloshim or yahrtzeit.
All contributions to Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah are tax deductible and may be taken from ma’aser money.
Torah study commissioned by Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah is completed exclusively for the sponsored individual and not for several names at once.
