Specialized Memorials - Information

When a precious life is cut tragically short, the entire Jewish community mourns in unison.

Rather than burying our grief, the Jewish response to tragedy is to react with increased heroism. Through the merit of Torah study, prayer, and charity, we not only immortalize the departed; we actually confer greater and greater eternal merit upon their souls.

The legacy of the six million souls who were brutally murdered in the Holocaust lives on eternally in the collective memory of our people.

These young people were given so little chance to achieve merit for themselves before their lives were mercilessly snuffed out. At Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah, we are dedicated to providing the victims of the Holocaust with additional sources of merit, through the study of Torah and prayer in their honor.

In more recent times, the eyes of the Jewish nation turn to the land of Israel, and those who defend her borders.

As the world turns its back on the victims of terrorist brutality, Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah works to bring succor and merit to the souls of the departed soldiers and innocent victims. Caring and devoted Torah scholars stand ready to dedicate a course of Torah study or prayer to the memory of the souls of the victims, thereby ensuring them ever-increasing comfort and pleasure in the Next World.

All Jews, everywhere, are brothers.

No matter whom you would like to dedicate merit for, even a complete stranger who would have nobody else otherwise, Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah is prepared to work with you to realize your goals. Working together, we can bring comfort, joy, and merit to the departed souls of our beloved brethren.

With a wide variety of available sponsorships, Chevrah Lomdei Mishnah looks forward to working with you to devise the course of study that will best suit your needs. See our list of comprehensive services to choose the option best suited to your circumstances.
